You realize afterwards that you have (without realizing it) offended or hurt someone. By looking at the other person too superficially, you have not noticed this. If one has no pain and no illness, one can enjoy life in a simplified way, but if one suffers then one realizes the other side of life. Most people hide this other side until they have experienced it themselves. Children only learn through experience not to harm others when they are small, because they cannot yet distinguish play from seriousness. Through experience one understands that many living beings suffer without being able to see it. One realizes that one has to be attentive to the people one meets. Because we do not know what they are going through.
Note: I have made the following music selection for myself. It may therefore appear to you (the reader) to be unsuitable for this structure, as it is based on personal criteria.
One admits it to oneself. There was a situation where you didn’t behave correctly. Wrong friends or treasures that you wanted to acquire made you hurt other people. You are ashamed that it has come to this. The situation in which you find yourself resembles a “purgatory”, because you think a lot about how it could have come to this and that this situation is now part of your life story.
The world of truthfulness shines through. Something has happened that has always been suppressed or repressed. It becomes apparent that the actual situation does not correspond to what one had imagined. One is not yet sure what it was, but one feels that one is not as much on the good side as one has always told oneself. You realize from a situation of pain that there is someone else whose pain you reflect and you realize that the person (persona) you are in a “healthy” state, can case injuries to others by not acknowledging the painful situations and invalidating them.
